Consultancy can take many forms and address many issues. Frequently I am asked to undertake some kind of audit. It’s important that the client can establish the scope of the consultancy and then we can discuss the methodology. Systems, structures, governance, administration and relationships are often the focus.
Sometimes my work involves facilitating the vision building process; I’ve also suffered wide experience in conflict reconciliation!
I frequently act as the external facilitator for senior staff appointments and interviews.

Churches and organisations are finding that senior staff have often attended quality training events and are still struggling to put the principles into practice. Sometimes they also need a resource to find a meaningful career path within an organisation. A significant and increasing proportion of my time is spent helping individuals on a one to one basis.
My style is very much based on trust and the ability to ask the right questions; the best answers are usually theirs!
